Abogada Venezolana/ Foreign Attorney

I graduated as an attorney from Santa María University in 1996 in the city of Caracas, Venezuela. I received my post-graduate degree in the criminal area from the same university in 2000 and I spent my entire career in the criminal field. I worked for the Thirty-Fourth Court of First Instance in Criminal Matters and Safeguarding the Public Patrimony of the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, as the Acting Secretary, located in the Palace of Justice during the years of 1991 until the year 2000. Likewise, I worked for the Directorate of Intelligence and Prevention Services (DISIP), in the city of Caracas, Venezuela, as a Criminal Lawyer from 2000 to 2001, under the Presidency of Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías and the direction of Eliezer Otaiza.

After demonstrating against the policies of President Chávez, by the year 2002 I arrived in the city of Miami, Florida, like every immigrant. As almost the majority of what we arrived in this country, I was advised by notaries and unscrupulous people in the legal field, which lead to lamentable results in the immigration processes that are filed with USCIS, so, from there I began my studies in everything that is related to immigration laws in the United States of America.

I arrived in the city of Orlando in 2003 and for that year and with the minimum studies obtained, I started working at the law firm of Mr. Hernán Cortés Rodríguez, to whom I owe that first opportunity and learning. For the year 2004, I was hired at the law firm of Alejandro Lopez and where I obtained and continue to obtain most of my experience in the areas of family and immigration, among others.

Since 2006 I have been working as a Paralegal, taking my own cases, corresponding to immigration and family procedures, in “Florida Services and Consulting, Inc.,” by Mayerling Paez, where I have had the opportunity to help many people and to be able to receive the satisfaction of seeing them complete their family and immigration processes, successfully. And combined with the studies corresponding to the Family, Immigration, Inheritance and Civil laws of the State of Florida, they have led me to a proud performance of my paralegal functions.

By the year 2011, I became a partner with Mayerling Paez and created “Florida Services & More, LLC” and,  as Vice President, I continued to offer the same efficiency and dedication to all of our clients.

Since the year of 2018, I opened my own business under “Florida Service & More”, and now I directly serve all my clients who, until today, have placed their trust in me in the processing of their legal cases and that of their relatives and friends.

Thank you and follow the accomplishments in all our cases!
