In the State of Florida, a notary public is a public official authorized by the Governor of the State, to practice in legal processes such as: testify, take acknowledgments, take oaths, attest to photocopies of some legal documents, solemnize marriages, notify for the lack of acceptance or not, payment and / or delay of negotiable instruments, and perform other tasks stipulated by law.

As a Notary Public in Florida we also have the authority to certify the contents of a bank security box, certify the identification number of a motor vehicle, sale and transfer, certify copies of documents that can not be registered. Likewise, we verify the identity of the person who is signing and executing a legal document.
